市政無負壓供水設備組(zu)(zu)(zu)成整(zheng)套設備由穩流(liu)罐(guan)(guan)、真空抑制器(qi)、變(bian)頻調速水(shui)泵機組(zu)(zu)(zu)、壓力(li)傳感器(qi)、變(bian)頻控(kong)制柜、倒流(liu)防(fang)止器(qi)(可選(xuan))、消毒裝置(zhi)(可選(xuan))、小流(liu)量保壓罐(guan)(guan)(可選(xuan))等組(zu)(zu)(zu)成。從市政管(guan)網引來的(de)進(jin)水(shui)管(guan)直(zhi)接(jie)連接(jie)到穩流(liu)罐(guan)(guan)的(de)進(jin)水(shui)口,穩流(liu)罐(guan)(guan)的(de)出(chu)水(shui)口通過(guo)消毒裝置(zhi)后(hou)連接(jie)到加壓泵組(zu)(zu)(zu)的(de)進(jin)水(shui)管(guan),加壓機組(zu)(zu)(zu)的(de)出(chu)水(shui)管(guan)與用戶用水(shui)管(guan)連接(jie),直(zhi)接(jie)向(xiang)用戶管(guan)網供(gong)水(shui)。
市政無負壓供水設備工作原理
穩流罐式無負壓(ya)供(gong)水設備(bei)與市(shi)政管網(wang)直接(jie)連接(jie),在市(shi)政管網(wang)剩余壓(ya)力的(de)基(ji)礎(chu)上串聯(lian)疊壓(ya)供(gong)水。
(1)變頻(pin)恒(heng)壓(ya)(ya)供水:當(dang)市政管網供水量(liang)大(da)于(yu)用(yong)戶用(yong)水量(liang)時(shi),穩流罐式無負壓(ya)(ya)供水設備變頻(pin)恒(heng)壓(ya)(ya)供水,此時(shi)穩流罐中存(cun)儲一定量(liang)的(de)承壓(ya)(ya)水。
(2)消除(chu)(chu)負壓(ya)(ya):當(dang)用(yong)戶用(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)量增加導致市(shi)政管網(wang)與穩(wen)(wen)(wen)流罐(guan)連(lian)接處壓(ya)(ya)力下降,當(dang)壓(ya)(ya)力降低到相(xiang)(xiang)對壓(ya)(ya)力0以下時,在(zai)穩(wen)(wen)(wen)流罐(guan)中(zhong)形成負壓(ya)(ya),真空(kong)抑(yi)制(zhi)器的(de)進氣(qi)(qi)閥門打開,大氣(qi)(qi)進入穩(wen)(wen)(wen)流罐(guan)。此時,穩(wen)(wen)(wen)流罐(guan)相(xiang)(xiang)當(dang)于一個(ge)具有自(zi)由液(ye)(ye)面的(de)開口水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang),壓(ya)(ya)力與大氣(qi)(qi)相(xiang)(xiang)同,負壓(ya)(ya)被消除(chu)(chu)。水(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)下降到設(she)定值(zhi)時,液(ye)(ye)位(wei)控制(zhi)器將控制(zhi)信(xin)號傳遞給變頻控制(zhi)柜中(zhong)的(de)控制(zhi)系(xi)統,控制(zhi)加壓(ya)(ya)機組(zu)停止工作,用(yong)戶停水(shui)(shui)(shui);當(dang)用(yong)戶用(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)量減(jian)小時,穩(wen)(wen)(wen)流罐(guan)中(zhong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)上升,氣(qi)(qi)體從(cong)真空(kong)抑(yi)制(zhi)器排氣(qi)(qi)閥門排除(chu)(chu),壓(ya)(ya)力恢復正常后(hou),加壓(ya)(ya)機組(zu)重(zhong)新自(zi)動(dong)啟動(dong),恢復供水(shui)(shui)(shui)。
(3)停(ting)水(shui)(shui)停(ting)機功能:當(dang)市政(zheng)管網停(ting)水(shui)(shui)時(shi),加壓機組在液位(wei)控制(zhi)器控制(zhi)下自動(dong)停(ting)止運行,市政(zheng)管網供水(shui)(shui)恢復后,自動(dong)啟動(dong)重(zhong)新恢復正常供水(shui)(shui)。
(4)小(xiao)流量休眠功能:用(yong)(yong)戶不用(yong)(yong)水或(huo)用(yong)(yong)水量很小(xiao)時(shi)設備(bei)自(zi)動進入休眠狀態(停機(ji))并(bing)保持供(gong)水壓力,用(yong)(yong)戶恢復用(yong)(yong)水時(shi)系統自(zi)動喚醒,恢復正常供(gong)水。
(5)停(ting)(ting)電(dian)繼(ji)續供(gong)水:當小(xiao)區停(ting)(ting)電(dian)時,由(you)市政管網繼(ji)續向(xiang)低區用(yong)戶(hu)供(gong)水,停(ting)(ting)電(dian)不停(ting)(ting)水。設備恢(hui)復供(gong)電(dian)后,自動啟動,恢(hui)復正常供(gong)水。
無負(fu)壓(ya)供(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)設備(bei)干凈無污(wu)染(ran),供(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)設備(bei)系統(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)設置都屬于全(quan)密封結構(gou),從自(zi)來(lai)(lai)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)管網開水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)直到用戶家中的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),因此(ci),污(wu)染(ran)物不(bu)會出(chu)現(xian)進(jin)入供(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)系統(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)現(xian)象發(fa)生。水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)體不(bu)會直接(jie)對(dui)(dui)空(kong)氣進(jin)行(xing)(xing)接(jie)處,采用食(shi)品級(ji)不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)對(dui)(dui)過(guo)流部件(jian)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)制作,因此(ci)不(bu)會有(you)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)質污(wu)染(ran)的(de)(de)現(xian)象發(fa)生。明顯的(de)(de)節能(neng)效(xiao)果,通常設備(bei)和自(zi)來(lai)(lai)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)管網的(de)(de)鏈接(jie)屬于直接(jie)串接(jie),也就(jiu)是在(zai)自(zi)來(lai)(lai)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)廠進(jin)行(xing)(xing)一次供(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)管網壓(ya)力(li)的(de)(de)條件(jian)下(xia)在(zai)對(dui)(dui)所需的(de)(de)壓(ya)力(li)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)疊加,根據壓(ya)力(li)的(de)(de)不(bu)足,進(jin)行(xing)(xing)適(shi)當的(de)(de)增加,促使(shi)管網的(de)(de)余壓(ya)得到充分利用。再用水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)低峰期階段,可以不(bu)對(dui)(dui)設備(bei)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)運行(xing)(xing),會有(you)明顯的(de)(de)節能(neng)效(xiao)果初顯。
